Do you do any research? here are the top 10 states that people moved from and per capta is not factored in 2019 this is what actual evidence looks like .. you should try it ...

And with this majority so seems close to 45\55 split i bet you a 100 bucks they will gerrymander districts so there will be no dem majority or competitive districts .. Just like NC did last week and that sytes 50\50
