California, New York, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Washington, and Colorado may h ave lost more residents than other states, but they also gained more new residents than other states. North Carolina, Arizona, and Georgia also had an influx of new residents.

it’s not just home prices. taxes are a huge part of what makes a place affordable or not.
florida, TN, SC, NH are places with super super low taxes, yet which also offer places with a good quality of living. obviously, you don’t always get what you pay for. people
are realizing this in huge numbers.
