Sounds like the convoy isn't moving very well at least for now. Reports of shortages of gas, food, morale is getting low and even some disabling their vehicles and walking away.
Saw a great video a guy took when he pulled up to a stopped armored personnel carrier in a town. He asks if they've broken down, the response no, we just ran out of gas. The driver asks if they need to be towed back to Russia and they just laughed.
John Bolton made a remark that a big reason for the timing of the invasion was simply that Russia wasn't ready. That seems clear.
