She sounds like the F35 designed for weapon systems that haven’t even been tested . Then doesn’t work on the platform as intended

The original concept was a small ship that could swap out mission modules in 48 hours, tiny crew, and do 50 knots.

The Mission Modules were ASW (Anti-Sub), ASuW (Anti-Surface with NLOS missiles), and Anti-Mine (robot mine detection). ALL THREE MISSIONS FAILED. The crews were too small, the hulls corroded too quickly (the fist ships had not Cathodic Protection), and both classes break their Combining gears with the combination Diesel set and Gas Turbine Engine.

They are building 40 ships that cannot fight.
