Last season I had a problem with the external antenna on my Garmin 162 GPS, the cable to the antenna had gotten frayed on a 90 degree corner inside the T-Top tubing, which had a jaggered edge.

The problem was not Garmin's but I called them to order a replacement. I explained to them what happened and they said they would send out a replacement covered under warranty. I received it within 2-days.. How's that for customer service?
