One personal problem. I still use pogies for bait, and in the spring when the purse seiners are working Narragansett Bay I get my pogies from them. And when the purse seiners have fished the bay out and head down to Jersey, where they truck the fish back north, I again buy their fish. So maybe I'm helping them, in my own tiny way, stay afloat.
