How does a sportsman or woman go about drawing attention to this matter? In the past I have gone to State waterfowl hearings and they seemed to already have there mind made up and pretty much could care less what the people attending had to say. The NRA seems to be very effective with the contact lists and often times actual letters to mail to state representatives when they are trying to get attention. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to open some eyes with this matter! In any event your post was great, very informative, I had no idea about the Menhaden being fished out on the large scale, although I had been noticing they aren't around in my area like they were say 5 or so years ago.
