Good for you...but don't get yourself arrested. If he is really dealing from your room, get the cops involved. Get your statement on record, so that if he gets caught, you don't burn as well. I would think it would be pretty easy for his actions, and your lack of action (ie: not reporting him to the school and cops) to get you both thrown out of the school, or even worse thrown in jail.
