Have fished on both before, the Parkers have tons of bells and whistles, but they ARE nice; C-Hawk is my pick for a inshore/bay boat; tons of deckspace, small on amenities....

Actually, my favorite boat for this type of work/play is a 24' RoMarine, now out of buisness
