Is this boat an I/O or an outboard model? If it is not an outboard be sure it is at least freshwater cooled!! You'll most likely regret it if you buy a used I/O JMHO. I looked at a lot of boats and could you believe I settled on the wrong boat!! My first boat was a 99 23' Neptune W/A with an I/O and had it one summer sold it in August and had the boat I wanted in late October, 99 24' Hydra Sports Vector W/A much better boat with all the amenities and an outboard. Before you set down your hard earned cash make sure it is what you want, don't buy a boat based on price alone, heck they will finance you for ten years if you wanted!!
