Beachwalker: take a hot shower, or a long hot bath. Get some valerian tea, a root of some kind, that will calm the nervous system. I'm also a big believer in Epsom salt--this too will help the body relax. When I'm feeling like ass I head for the tub.
Good luck. I dropped the burners three years ago.


I am not an angel though for I still chew the SKOAL.

Not a safe alternative to butts, highly addicting and one nasty habit.
