I dunno, all kidding aside, I'd have to say somewhere in the Block Island Triangle (Montauk>Cuttyhunk>BI) - there's already been 2 70's taken in that area historically that I can think of right off the top of my head.

Cutty is a strong contender - hey, GB, you're gonna need a bigger boat!
