Hate to say it, but I think of marathons more as a weight loss regimen rather than a race, as I just want to finish it, having raced a few, p.b. was under 3 hours. Many years and 50 lbs. ago. Off the bat I can run 13 miles now no prob, and I can start doing my four 20+ mile training runs next month once I start ramping up the mileage. Provided I don't get sick...again.
Boston is definitely the most fun one could have running 26.2 miles although those hills in Newton are

. Plus, figure it being in April it won't interfer with any fishing plans.
