I'd rescue him.Drowning is to good for that maniac.Besides I don't like water pollution.
After I rescued him I would bring him back to NY where he would be put in stocks for the rest of his unnatural damned life on public display and the citizens of NY(or anywhere's else as well) can torture and abuse him as much as they like.After he finally is dead from general and and assorted abuse,I would take the body and put it in the cornerstone of the new WTC building with a nice big plaque as to who was in there and how they got there.Or..... maybe I would make him sit through back to back to back to back interviews with Hiraldo,Oprah,Donahue,Jenny, etc.
