I actually read somewhere that during a war, when there were Islamic terrorist attacks, Pershing and his crew captured a bunch of Islamic terrorists. They weren't scared because no matter how they die they would go to the Islamic heaven, whatever they call it.
First they made the men dig their own graves. Then they tied them to posts, brought out some pigs and slaughtered them. They rubbed their bullets in pig blood and executed all of the terrorists but one. Then they threw their corpses in a grave and tossed the pig remains on top of their bodies. They let the last terrorist go to spread the word. Apparently to the Muslims, consuming a pig in any form is the ultimate sin and the terrorism stopped. I don't know how true it is but hey, if it works, go for it.
