i did allot of research: all damn day long in fact. I read about fish mortality rates, egg size and the fecundity of bass based apon size ,the number of eggs produced by an (36 inch)8 year old female, the less fertile eggs of smaller bass......on an on until i came away with some basic concepts that would avoid the necessity of comparing all the charts, graphs and studies of disected bass heads with materials spun in a centrifuge ect ect. so that it could be passed from fisherman to fisherman on the whole atlantic seaboard by word of mouth. Also interesting was the fact that striped bass production in the south has become more profitable than hog rasing now... (bend over and squeal like a striper)
anyway , i still have some further editing to do.
i feel i should post it.....but sometimes the attitude is: shut up and fish....got any eels left....what are they hitting on? thats fine,
but sometimes science can be rewarding later on down the road.
