Perfect Conditions
There are always "Prefered Conditions" for me at certain locations. The way I see it, You can always find somewhere productive to fish no matter of the wind, tide, time. There are certain spots that I will fish on a Honkin' Noreaster', there are certain spots I will fish on a NW wind, and different spots that I will fish on Southerly winds.
