How 'bout categories - that would help. Sorta like the Nobel prize or Oscars of surfcasting, ya know - one for plug-builders, one for rods, one for surfcasters, one for conservationists, maybe subdivide it by states to avoid possible border skirmishes

etc, etc. - that might help for a start.

I still like the idea of stories to go with the people, which would also acquaint us with those people who aren't as well known but certainly deserve the recognition.

So far, it's all good
