and the freakin cash rebates on stuff .. Bought a Magellan GPS. top of the line .. Took a year to get the rebate back ..,, hounding ,hounding, hounding .. They still won't give up the $25 on the extra software I bought ,,,yes .. I jumped threw all the hoops ten times ...yep sent the slips in...good thing I made copies ...yes sent them in again ..
