. Instead of bags I froze detergent bottles, just before heading out I drill inch and a half holes all over the bottles, easier to throw off the side, less mess. Still gota work on my presentation though.
So far my favorivte in mussles. I freeze a 5gal bucket at a time. Take 1/3 of frozen mussels in a 5 gal bucket and crush with a 2x4 and pack into bags or containers. If you don't freeze them first you loose alot juice and makes packing unconsistant and alot messier too.
