A lot, and only about 2 fillets were ever wasted. Woman and I eat it a lot and I give a lot away to a lot of famly and friends that are too lazy to catch their own. But I also let a lot go. Plan on keepin less this year, mainly just because I am tired of the hassle of filleting them and properly discarding the carcasses.
