thanks for your responses. one time i wa fishing in falmouth with some buddies wading in about 3 ft of water and a big shark swam right by me, prob 6-7 ft long. thing didn't even notice us, just kept cruising on by, chasing the schoolies we were catching. guess it wouldn't be worth it to risk the chum-bag, i fish hard but not that hard.
