honey bee sting therapy? sounds strange but many people use it to re awaken the repair side of the body for leg areas. for some reason theres a breakdown of communication from the brain to the affected area and the subsequent sting and bee venom re-established the connection so that the brain sends repair tissue and pain relief chemicals to the area that has been stung. A second rememdy for the knee is emu oil made from the inner bones of the australian emu bird which is real hot stuff and is as hot later (delayed reaction bigtime) as a good sun burn.
it can acomplish the same thing. of course now there's peel and stick patches but they work mostly on a superficial level.
i think i'll get one of those belts though...
