MrsSFrances, I first brought it into PhotoShop, converted to grayscale, a little blur, a little unsharpen mask, adjusted curves and contrast, saved as a .tiff. Then I used Adobe Streamline to convert it to a vector image .eps then did the rest in Illustrator.
Thanks for the comments on our site...unfortunatly it is in desperate need of an update, most of those projects are old.. the plumbers house is the one with the leaky pipes
