I love my job 95% of the time. Ive been cooking for about 9 years now. ALways have a fun time really laid back. Plus the last 3 years ive been in an outside kitchen at the mouth of the bay facing the newport bridge, which is unbelievable. Nothing like working a 14-15 hour day then sitting down in an adirondack chair throwing a few beers back to the sound of a massive school of slurping stripers 40 feet away
