Got stripers: I am not an expert on rods but to find a rod with those qualities is gonna be tough. I guess what i am wondering is if you want a rod with balls do you mean stiff? If so with my experince with a stiff rod you lose casting distance and senstivity. If thats not it and you want a strong rod that can take a beaten there are lots of options out there i just wouldn't go with graphite you drop it down the rocks there is a good chance it will break.
