i have dealing through the consumer protection agency and have been following their lead. Ford already admitted to us per a phone call that they know this car has had some seriuous problems. has been in the shop over 18 days on 2 occasions in order to repair engine noise. (they basically ripped the engine apart and rebuilt it on 2 occasions). the car is still not right.
The dealership has offered us another vehical. i just want out of the car and want my money back. i have spoken with the attny. gen. office, i was just want to make sure i don't get screwed, i hear that most of the time the manufacturer usually folds before arbitration.
