Welcome Mark... I don't think any headboats are targeting bass at this time but for the surf scene, I did het a 28 pounder Saturday night at Charlestown Breachway on an eel. If you are not a Korker Equipped Rock Hopper, your best be would be to fish the beach areas of Rhode Island... Specifically Charlestown Beach in Charlestown or in the vacinity of Weekapaug point, Westerly,RI...
www.weekapaug.com is onbe of the few B&Ts open in the area and they still have reduced hours... We are on the downside of the bite for bass though...
If you're chunking, I'd try to get butterfish or fresh bunker (yeh, right...)
