Goose.....I can give you one example of what the fresh water license pays for......stocking the ponds for one! That ain't cheap, twice a year in most spots!
So much for NADA!
Plus, I believe you are generalizing about the catch and release numbers between guys who keep in salt and guys who keep in fresh! I know plenty of guys who keep their catch from fresh water, you must not.
Do you even buy a fresh water license?
