Redcrbbr mentioned staying dryer,,,,should I dry off the herring after I net them?? Does this work better? Does it help the scales stay on longer? I find that when I use my hair-net from Burger King, and catch them one at a time...I don't lose any scales....it's just tuff to catch them that way and everyone laughs at me...
