Lucky Man, Greg...
Lucky Man,
Boats gonna put the hurtin on Suburbular King, he already gets bad enough mileage as it is.
Gonna porbably try to look for a yard to keep the boat on the trailer this summer close to the water.
I hate to say this, but if Bush was the man, he could definately put a stop to this.
Gas to him is no big deal, but to the rest of the country, it's our life blood.
Fightin wars for ego is just boosting my electric, oil, natural, and regular gas rates...alll of a sudden a controllable cost of doing business has gone thru the roof.
I'm all for supporting our troops everywhere, but I now must ask myself the question, should we resort back to the old isolationist ways of the past.
Now guys, don't get me wrong, if Uncle Sam asked me to pick up a gun and go to war, I'd be the platoon leader on the boat...but I'm starting to question whether this is a grudge match or something that will serve a purpose for the greater good of the world.
Sorry to rant,
I've got plenty of friends overseas right now that need ALL of our support (they certainly have mine), so don't think I'm somme Pinko Bstersd.
I just wish I came from a privaledged family, and didn't have to worry about how much my gas costs.
Kind of burns me up.
Sorry to rant,
Rick
