I'm 1-1/2 hrs from my favorite Rhody shore spots, I dont think I will make any less trips because of gas prices. Though I may think twice about going on off tides or wind.
There is always fishing in CT, and an inshore boat to use. I dont think gas will be an issue there, since the fishing is so close to port
