its the spring rains that draw in the fish.....i saw a documentary that explained the phenomenon ...... and it said that the unique smell of the silt and mud streaming out into the ocean exactly scent trails where the fish must go to reach their ancesteral spawning grounds.... so ...... i think the rain is a good thing.
