Netting herring would be considered......come on....you can do it.....begins with the letterrrrr....."I"......its against the law.....the word issss...."illegal" thats right illegal to net herring anywhere! That might be why they have herring permits with certain hours and days for the runs to hand out the herring to permit holders!
