Let's just say #^&#^&#^&#^& is the guy with the chicken wire, and Fred is the guy with the hand net. Fred approaches the run at 2am and #^&#^&#^&#^& is already there. Fred is mad that #^&#^&#^&#^& has blocked off a part of the run. Fred calls the police. The police arrive and Fred insists that #^&#^&#^&#^& is breaking some "Herring Run" laws and wants #^&#^&#^&#^& punished. The police confiscate #^&#^&#^&#^&'s equipment and fine him.
Fred proceeds to catch his limit of herring. Not far from the run, Fred uses the herring to fish with. The fishing is incredible!! Fred goes through his limit of herring in no time at all. Fred then hurries back to the run for more herring. Is there a difference? Both are breaking the law. I'm knit-picking? The facts are the facts. I won't call the police on a person who breaks the same law that I do. If I'm having a great night of fishing live herring, and I run out...you bet your a$$ I'm going back for more herring...and if you guys wouldn't....
