Is it illegal to cast net herrings in rockport? I don't do those, but I have seen some kids who work for a lobsterman and busisnessman, and a anlger in the shack. he is a friend of mine. I once tried to literally catch a herring using a blue.white atom popper which i thought it was a striper. that was two years ago!
