Yep, slept with about 8 inches of my legs hangin' out of them bunks, got about one minute of sleep every ten minutes all night long, tossin' and turnin'. Don't know how guys (like my Dad) did it serving in the Navy?
Cool walking (stooped over) through the bowels of those old war horses! The submarine was by far the best! If ya got kids and ya ain't been to Battleship Cove....make the trip it is worth it!
