I can only try , depends on alot of things . But a money grab doesnt appeal to me either . Ct came up with that once ( so far ) and was shot down ( so far ) . If RI gets away with it CT and Mass and Ny cant be too far behind . Not to mention the rest of the coast I havent fished YET ( and plan too ).
