sorry not the Sea raider . The Sea Raider only lists for 155. it's the 11' forget the model name but Dave can jump in.
If you can get it lower and sell it and warranty it great for you but I think you will loose huge. not possible for you to supply and build for under 400. If so I'll take 2 myself
