The First Amendment gives this punk the right to say whatever he wants without the
government doing anything to penalize him.
The First Amendment doesn't apply in the "court of public opinion". It doesn't shield you from getting e-mail heat as a consequence of offering a stew-pid opinion.
Just remember, guys--your First Amendment rights don't allow you to threaten or otherwise harass someone
