"In the breakdowns of state license structures, the last item is "Supported by Recreational Community"
Does this mean, endorsed by Rec's, or paid for by Rec's?
Or both?
Will the receipts from the license go completely to the Saltwater fishing interests(Programs, enforcement, administration)?
Or to the General fund?"
