8'-9' Graphite combo

Decathlon Sports (Hanover is the one I go to) has some combo's in your price range that are great for the money. Graphite rod, and shimano "knock off" reels. It is their store brand rod and reel but it seems they added all the bells and whistles as far as quality guides, cork handle, and even a liveliner option on the reels.
