The Shore is free land. Don't play 'billy goat' and climb up a bluff as you will then be on some ones private property.
Look for the big rocks with the rust stains. That is where the "Bass Stands" used to be.
Most of the folks that make PIA of themselves about 'private property' are not there till mid june so just be decent and don't leave nothing but foot steps behind.
I would suggest small surface lures for daytime and when you find the little ones ganged up put on a big swimmer and fish deep under the twinkies.
Based on the moon last Monday I would try the West End at an hour before high tide till a couple after high tide and then work your way East on the beach in the moonlight!
It will be as cold as a well drillers butt on that beach but the walking and casting will keep you warm!

It is way to early to work the Rips around there! It will be at least July before any thing of any size shows up in the Rip's!
