Trying to find out if Krylon spray paint is an oil based paint?
Read the can you say.....nope, not on there! Try the web-site for Krylon.....did......not there either! Does anyone have the answer for me? Oil based or water based? I am guessing oil based but I would like to be positive. Thanks for any help.
