The rod rack will fit any truck.The installation kit was on a 02' dodge dakota(also fits 03,04). it will also fit the durango(02,03,04) without any modification. Anglers aluminum products makes the kits. they could let you know what mods. need to be done to the bracket.Any welder could modify it to fit a specific truck. hope this helps.
