I was fishing the sakkonet river today, got skunked. I saw something that really gets me going. I found 1 schoolie, 14 jumbo egg laden scup 15+ inches, 1 undersize blackfish, a wolffish, an a undersize flounder all just left to rot on the beach. WTF
