Yes, it is true that I caught a very interesting by catch.
The truth of the matter is… It is tiderunner season and that’s what I was chasing with my freshwater 7’ stick and 8 lbs. test line outfit. It was during a dark overcast night and the tide was near slack, and we are also approaching the new moon phase!
