I would like to see that there is an increase in enforcement in terms of monitoring the laws that are currently on the books.
I am concerned that there might be a "boat" permit; ie a boat owner buys a license for the boat while the surfcaster will need to buy one for each of his friends because a "car" permit probably wouldn't be recognized.
How about some increases access?
I guess all in all I'm not opposed as long as the money is used properly.
