Yes, not all teenagers are idiots. There are just the some who think they're immortal in a car, only to learn the hard way that the crush of metal is not conducive to living.

I hear there's been some talk in the gov't about raising the legal age for a drivers license. After what happened this past few days, I'm starting to think that may be a good idea.
