[Swimmer]

On the incoming tide am I correct in assuming the water flow is from left to right? And naturally the out going is from right to left correct? I have only been there a couple of times and I wasn't sure exactly at what point the tide was at, but the water was moving quite fast to the right. Also, is it worth the walk to the jetty?
